These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website lumiirestoration.com (the “Site”) and the services made available by Illumiinated Group LLC d/b/a Lumii Restoration Group (“Lumii Restoration Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Lumii Restoration Group is a residential damage restoration coordinator. We connect homeowners affected by water, fire, storm, mold, or related property damage with qualified, independent restoration contractors in our service areas (currently Northern New Jersey and Tampa Bay, Florida). Independent contractors perform on-site restoration work. We may also provide ancillary services such as scheduling coordination, customer communications, and insurance claim support upon request.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

We collect SMS opt-in consents in two distinct categories: (a) informational/transactional, and (b) promotional. You may opt out of either at any time. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and Cricket are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the legal owner or authorized representative of the property in question to request services from Lumii Restoration Group. By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Restoration services are inherently variable based on the condition of the property, the nature of the damage, insurance coverage, and the actions of third parties (including independent contractors and insurance carriers). Lumii Restoration Group does not guarantee a specific outcome, recovery amount, or insurance claim resolution.

5. Insurance Assignment

Where applicable and lawful, Lumii Restoration Group or its independent contractor partners may request a written assignment of insurance benefits from a homeowner in connection with restoration work. Any such assignment is governed by a separate written agreement and is subject to applicable state law.

6. Independent Contractors

Restoration work is performed by independent contractor partners. Each contractor is responsible for its own work, insurance, licensing, and conduct. Lumii Restoration Group facilitates the connection and may coordinate communications but is not the employer, partner, or principal of any independent contractor unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harass any person, to misrepresent your identity or affiliation, to attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, or to interfere with the operation of the Site.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trade names, is the property of Illumiinated Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumii Restoration Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumii Restoration Group and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site or services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumii Restoration Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or services, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Bergen County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
